Terms of Service

By creating a Praxis account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Praxis.

Praxis is an AI-powered study platform that provides learning pathway generation, Pomodoro focus sessions, notes, insights, Kanban boards, and ATS résumé analysis tools. The platform is currently in public beta and provided free of charge.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Praxis. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

New accounts start with "pending" status and require admin approval before full access is granted. Approval is at our discretion and we reserve the right to decline any request.

You are responsible for:

• ▸Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ▸All activity that occurs under your account.
• ▸Providing accurate registration information.
• ▸Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account use.

You agree not to:

• ▸Use Praxis to upload, generate, or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• ▸Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• ▸Impersonate another user or person.
• ▸Use automated bots to interact with the service without permission.
• ▸Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.

AI features (pathway generation, coaching) use large language models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. Praxis is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Content you submit to AI features is processed by third-party model providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) under their respective terms. We do not store raw prompts beyond the session.

Praxis and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you create on Praxis (pathways, notes, todos) remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to other users or the platform - with or without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account.

Praxis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that learning outcomes will be achieved. Use the platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Praxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
